Mangal - Is it DEBILITATED due to 'unyonay'?

Dear Friends,

 

I understand the MARS moved into the SAGITARIUS today and its

despositor JUPITER is in the CANCER. The CANCER, being a rashi of

EXALTION for the JUPITER but it is a 'NEECH' rashi for the MARS.

 

So what do we deduce? Is the MARS 'NEECHA' by 'UNYONAY'? What would

be its effects for INDIA whose ruling Rashi is the MAKARA. Its

INDEPENDENT ASCENDANT is the VRISHUBHA, but we look at the rashi for

the mundane purposes.
