Dear Gurus,

In one of the free web tutorials on vedic astrology, I read that a

strong moon such as moon in the 4th house implies strong attachment

to the person's homeland. And Rahu placed in the 9th house indicates

foreign travel/residence. So I am confused about the interpretration

for someone who has moon in the 4th house and Rahu in the 9th house.

Will such a person settle in his homland/birth place or a foreign

land?

Regards

Harshada
