Birth time

I have some friends who believe in consulting the astrologer before the birth of

a child and as per the suggestions, they try to influence the doctor and plan

for the birth time in case of a cesarean section.

What are the opinions of members and gurus in this regard, and do you believe

that it can really benefit the coming child, moreover i wish to know, what in

your opinion is the correct instance to record the birth time .Is it the first

breathing of the child, as understood by me or disconnection of umblical cord?

Yes the first breath determines time. And an ascendant with less functional

malefics and strong planets is certainly a big help. Sally
