I am very much delighted by reading your mail .I am trying to concentrate on

dyanam but i am unable to concentrate on it .secondly i am getting some bad

dreams during night and when iam in my subconsious stage some black human

figure is coming to wordsme and trying to catch my throat ,the figure is not

having the head but i can see it clearly ,once i had fought with it in that

stage and it ran away. can you please tell me why am i getting that type of

dreams often and what are the remedies to be done . 2. Is the combination of
