In Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi's horoscope, as also in Bhagavan Sathya Sai Baba's, you can see these 3 planets dominant. Rahu in the 12th, similar to Kethu in the 12th, is also Mokshakaraka in Mokshastana. It is ideal for Moksha. If Jupiter is angular, definitely this is the last birth of the native. Jupiter in the 12th also is conducive to Moksha ( Dwadasastho Yadi Guru Deva Lokam Samasnuthe ). If Saturn is exalted, he can make the native a Jnani. The logic is that Saturn represents Sorrow and if he be exalted there will least sorrow, viz - he will become a Jnani. But all of them or planets other than Ketu may not give Moksha but they can give some tendencies like that. In actual Jupiter is a tool to give Moksha since this planet increases the level of consciousness to play a role to move towards absolute Brahma. Planet Saturn produces Vairagya and detachment but Ketu is very near to the absolute state itself, so only Ketu in 12 th can give Moksha. While Jupiter in 12th can give higher states such as heaven or Swarga. Because despite being a tool Jupiter still concerned with form. But Ketu is formless. In some cases like Jupiter in Pisces in 12th can provide Mukti but of different kind. In this Mukti one have to take rebirth after a few millions of years. In spite of all above it is very essensial to have Moksha relating Yogas in many of different Vargas too.
