Guest guest
Hi all ... I have newly joined this group... Iam very much intersted in learning the prediction techniques... i have the following questions... can anybody answer these for a beginners perspective.. 1.What is the use of Navamsa Chakra, when should we consult the Navamsa Chakra 2.Where should we start if we want to start knowing about a person, seeing is HoroScope chakras... 3.What do we mean by tranists of planets. 4.Which Planet should be considered first while analysing a HoroScope 5.For example in certain HoroScope's some houses from the Langa house are empty, meaning there is no planet taking part,as far as i know Predictions can be made according to the speciality of houses too,so if a particular house is empty, how should we predict. sorry if these questions irritates anybody Iam just a beginner waiting to know a Drop of the Ocean called ASTROLOGY... please guide me... Guest guest
I regret to say that I only know the answer to the third query that you posed. If the terminology is interchangeable with that of Western Astrology. That being said, transits are the current location of planets in our solor system. If you have some form of ephemeris (a book of planets and their where abouts in the constellations) you can review their position in relation to your birth chart and get an indication of events yet to unfold, areas of activity and the like. I only regret that I too am new to vedic astrology and there is a great deal of terminology with which I am unfamiliar. This fact renders me incapable of being much help but what i do know or learn, I will share. Perhaps if you review the archives the answer to your other questions will be revealed. I believe that the body of work contained in them goes back to 2000 maybe earlier. I too will check the archives as I am sure that this is information which is much needed in order to delineate a birth chart. Guest guest
Well, with regards to Western Astrology, just as with Vedic Astrology there are many different types. There is mundane astrology which covers world events, there is natal astrology inwhich one studies a birth chart and attempts to desipher the meanings of the houses, aspects and apply these intermingled influences to develop a type of understanding of how these combine to affect the person, There is horary astrology, something that is common to both Vedic Astrology and Western Astrology, it deals with the birth of a question. The assumption is that at the instant a question forms in the mind the answer is written in the stars. Personally I found the most interesting and practical of these to be both the Natal astrology and the horary astrology. Although it is not suggested to mix the two, I have found that a better understanding of the birth cart can be had if you use principles of horary astrology to deleniate a birth chart. Since this group is dedicated to the study of Vedic Astology, I feel a little guilty taking up too much space to go into depth on the topics I have mentioned, but if you would like further information I will send it directly to your email, just let me know and I will hook you up with the title of super books that I hope are still in publication or can be obtained through a store that handles old books. Well, I will let you go for now, Warm regards, Brigette HotJobs, a service - Search Thousands of New Jobs
