I believe you have it now. Hanover is the city and New Hampshire is the state.

The posts below are using New Hampshire as a city in several states, Ohio and

Maryland.

I don't know how Houston came into the picture. The only Houston I know of is in

Texas.. and that's not even in your list. I've learned something new. There seem

to be many cities named Houston in the US.
