In this chart, Rahu is on the cusp of the fourth house, showing foreign stay, and Saturn does not aspect it, but I understand if Saturn is strong and influencing the fourth or tenth house, it could as well since it's natural sign is Capricorn, the tenth sign, which also shows foreign stay. Also the eighth house is a contender for overseas stays as well. I've never heard of the sixth house being involved per se in the foreign stay. Wanted to clear that up. I guess if the 4L were in the sixth house it would mean living somewhere for work wherever that takes you, but I would suspect that would depend on other factors for sure.
