Namaste Aruna Ji,

I have considered the following birth details of the native and giving my analysis.

November 19, 1948Time: 9:48:00Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East

1) In Rasi, Lagna is Sg and its lord Jup is placed in Lagna with 5th and 12th

lord Mars. 10th lord Merc is placed in 11th house with 12th house co-lord

Ketu. 6th and 11th lord Ven is placed in 10th houss. This Ven and Merc are in

parivatana. 8th lord Moon is placed in 7th house and aspecting the lagna and

10th lord Merc after the Parivartan and also 11th lord Ven before Parivartna.

Rahu is aspecting the 9th and 11th and lagna by Graha Dristi. 9th lord Sun is

in Marana Karaka Sthana being in 12th house. you will also notice that, A9, A10

and Gulika are placed in 12th house too.

This native has multiple wondrful Yoga's, just name a few, Chandra-Mangala (Moon

and Mars are in mutual 7ths), Gaja-Kesari (Moon and Jupiter in mutual kendras),

Guru-Mangala(Jupiter and Mars together), Multiple Rajayoga's,Viparita Raja

Yoga(The 8th and 12th lords are in samasaptaka) confirming he led a good and

Instead of going back to all the past yeras, letme go back to the one Previous

Maha Dasa and see whether the known facts are matching with this Maha Dasa of

Aq which ran from 1997 to 2003.

Aq is 3rd house from Lagna and 6th from AL. The lords Sat is placed in 8th from

Aa. This Maha Dasa lord Sat is also placed in 12th from AL and other co-lord

Rah is placed in 8th from AL. So this indicates at a high level, obstalces and

losses. So I will not go moreinto the details,as we already know what happend.

Now, native is currently running Cp Maha Dasa. Cp is 2nd house from Rasi Lagna

and its lord Sat is placed in 9th house with GL. Cp is in Trines from AL and

its Paaka is Leo which is 6/8 relationship with the Maha Dasa Cp which is not

very good. We will find out more about this in a minute. Bhoga is Pi and its

lord Jup is aspecting the Mahadasa Dasa Lord Sat,so there is a relief.

2) Now let me magnify this Maha Dasa and see what Antar Dasa's are good for this native.

Cp Maha Dasa is running and it is a Prishthodaya Sign and the native is currenly

running the last segment of the 1st 1/3 of the Dasa. So let us see the aspectors

and occupents of this Cp sign. Cp is not occupied by any planets, but being

aspected by Ta(A8 is placed ), Leo(GL, Sat, A11 and A5 are placed ) and Sc(Sun,

A10, A9 and A3). Here the planets aspecting from thee above are Sat, which is

placed in 12th from AL. Sun is 12th lord from AL placed in 3rd from AL and 12th

from Lagna. So I am not seeing any major changes towards a betterment by the end

of the 1st 1/3rd of this Maha Dasa.

So let us take a look at the 2nd 1/3rd of the Dasa. Here we have to take the

Lord ship of the Maha Dasa of Cp. The lord is Sat placed in 8th from Cp and Cp

being aspected by Rasi Drishti. Also you will notice the Cp is in trines to the

AL. Its lord Sat is having argala on AL and Lagna as well. So this is giving

some good indications. So let us go into few Antar Dasa's now.

Sg Antar dasa: Sg is the Lagna itself and Lord Jup is placed in lagna. it is 4th

from AL whihc is very good, but Mandi's placement and also the Maha Dasa and

Antar Dasa are in 2/12 relationship, so may not promise a great things in this

Antar.

Next Antar is Cp, which means, Cp Maha Dasa with Cp antar. This shold be very

good as we have alreayd discussed this earlier. If you look at the Cp sign, it

has UL, A6 and aspected by A8 ( form Ta ), GL, A11 and A5 (from leo) and A9,

A10, Gulika and A3 ( from Sc). So this indicates to me that, the

obstalces,court cases (A6 & A8) will be cleared and also the gains (A5 and A11)

are seen during this time, with getting back to the Job ( A10).

3) So let me see the Tithi Pravesh for this native (for the above Cp-Cp period tme frame.)

So this year from Nov 18th 2005 to Dec 7th 2006 will be good for this native,

which we already see the indication from the above PaadaNadamsa Dasa of Cp-Cp.

10th Lord Sat is the alos the Hora Lord and placed in quadrants to lagna and

also 7th from AL. So I would think Sat Dasa time frame the native will rise

back to the position.

Remedies:- Please write to me privately stating that what city your husband

currently live, so that I can see a good muhrta to start some for some remedies

on his Sade Sati and to get back to his work/job.

Having said that, I will request Gurus and learned members to review and correct my analysis.

HELP Respected gurus,

I consider it as a great favour if you all can help me understand the chart of my husband.

He is highly educated with PHD,MBA from well known universities abroad. Had a

good career and moved up professionally because of his hard work and sincerity.

 

Every one praised his intelligence and he got many recognitions in his area of

work. Got some awards too. His own bosses at work have praised and always gave

him high ratings.

>From 2001 unbelievable incidents have taken place in his life. He lost his job ,

in the company where he had top ratings as an executive.Last 4 years he got no

opportunities, either to work or start a business,and we also understand many

rumours were created about him which have no facts at all. His morale is down,

and I see him losing his confidence and enthusiasm. In all these years of our

married life I have seen him helping many people , but never hurting a soul.

The whole life has completely got transformed for him. He always wonders

whether he will ever achieve the glory he lost. I know even if he has a bold

front, he is getting destroyed from inside. Also he is going through sade

sathi. Going through a lot of physical hardships . After seeing all the

professional recognitions and the respect he got from people it is sad to see

him go through this phase. with all this working on his mind even when I give

him any suggestions he reads them wrong and gets very

defensive. i know it is all because of what he went through and goingthrough. It

kills me to see him lose the confidence he had , and to day because of the pride

he feels he does not ask any one for a favour also. He is suffering from inside.

Would he ever gain his reputation back? Would he able to retain the wealth and

savings he has?. Lack of recognition on the professional front is destroying

him ,will it effect his health?

Are there any more worst days ahead?

I have not mentioned all the problems he faced they were terrible.One example,

This private business man who once worked as an employee under him started a

business. He asked my husband to be chairman of his company and used to seek

his advise day and night and my husband spent hours and hours with him guiding

him and also tried to raise funds for his company through some VC's. At the end

of it this, the guy struck a deal with some foreign company and he cheated my

husband saying that he was never a chairman, and he changed the MOU they signed

.. He was able to do that because out of trust my husband never signed each sheet

of MOU . He signed only the last sheet. So they changed all the front pages.

They have done this because as per the earlier pages they have to give him a

percentage of the sale amount as he was the chairman. There was no

otherconsultation fee. when my hus band raised the question of getting his

share they also removed the document from the registration office. They refused

to pay him any money. They started harassing him other ways so thathe will not

ask for any compensation for the consultation work provided tothem.Probably if

they had said in a respectful way that they would not givemoney my husband

would not have said anything knowing him. They were worried he may demand money

some time later and made false complaints to the police by filing an FIR against

him saying he need to pay the compensation to them as he was taliking to the

employees and his employees are leaving because of that.

They bribed the police to file a non bailable warrant against him saying he came

to his office and shouted at them and their driver is their witness of this.

Such shocking falsification. At this point my husband has no choice except to

defend him self and prove to the courts that these people are cheating him and

filing wrong cases against him.

I am totally shocked:1) Here are the people, who not only not paid him a single

paise for hisconsultation work, but used his reputaion to strike some deals to

make money and taking him to task.2) Lied and falsified the documents .3)

Falsified the case with the police and filed an FIR against a honest ,gentleman

who tried to help them4) He has to go around courts and police to clear his

name.5) Meanwhile they are spreading gossip to spoil his reputation

When will all this will end.?Would he win his court case.? Would any justice be served?.

I wonder where God is, when such atrocities are happening?

Meanwhile there were thefts and he lost his baggage, passports and many other

documents and money and jewelry were lost. would he ever find his lost stuff?.

It amounts to lakhs.

He also built a house during this time, the contractors also cheated him , he

lost money there also. The house is not complete. The investment got locked up,

as it cannot be rented also until it is complete. Lot of electrical gadgets

caught fire and got destroyed in the house. It is worth thousands of rupees.

During last four years not a single penny income from professional sources came

but we were usings our savings to pay for all this.

I am concerned both money wise and his health wise and reputaton wise ,is there

any end to all this?. would he able to retain his savings?

When are we going to see the good days?will they ever come? . If so when?.

Would we able to win the court case and recover all our losses?What can I do

mean while for remedies?

His date of birth 19-NOV 1948Place : Achanta(AP) or palakollu. It is closer to achantaTime: 9.48

Please check his chart and kindly offer your advise. Currently he is running

Budha dasa and I get mixed opinions about this dasa for him. So far nothing

good has happened. It is sad that such a good man is going through this hard

ship mean while my luck is no better.
