HELP Req: CIVIL SERVICES/ SOFTWARE JOB what to choose(Continous Career problem)?

Respected gurus & members,

 

This is a persistant problem I am facing from TWO years reg. career

(first job),IDLE from jan-2003.

 

I am missing many software jobs by a whisker, but got some small jobs

in this period which I didn't joined.

 

Recently I passed in government CIVIL SERVICES exam 1st phase with

out any effort, this job is unrelated to my education, but its a

powerfull

buerocratic position.

Does

[1]saturn in 10th from A.L/sun/moon/ven(10L)& exalted in D-10

[2]10th lord in conjuction with

Atma,Amatya(lagna lord) karakas in Arudha lagna & aspect of all these

3 on 10th house which is also Gatika lagna,supporting strong Raja

sambanda yoga? indiacte such position

 

OR

Mercury as varnada lagna lord &about 4 planets in mercurys makshtra

& ketu's argala on 10th house indicate bussiness/software job?

 

In which way I have to continue my efforts to get first job?

 

Is present transit & dasa are favourable?(jupiter aspect on 10th in

transit is good, what about saturns transit role?)

 

I completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Master of

Engineering in Computers in april-2003.
