Marriage Determination-Doubt

Namaste Guru and Learned Members,

While talking to some one today about the natiev's marriage prospects.I was

trying to determine tha native's possible marriage, ie. either 1st marriage or

2nd marriage as the native mentioned that the peson had 5 years of relationship

with some one.

With the knowledge I have so far, I am not able to clearly determine the

marriage number so far, hence I wanted to get your help in answering the

following situations and what marriage number and UL we should consider in

detemining the native's marriage question.

Situation-1:-========A Man had a relationship (only one in his life so far )

with a women for 5 years and he says he did not had any sexual/phyical union

with the women during the 5 years, it is just a love. Now the relationship is

broken and he wanted to know, when he will get married to some one else?. So I

need to see the 1st marriage timing or 2nd marriage timing?

Situation-2:-========A Man had a relationship (only one in his life so far )

with a women for 5 years and he says he had few casual sexual/phyical union

with the women during the 5 years. Now the relationship is broken and he wanted

to know, when he will get married to some one else?. So I need to see the 1st

marriage timing or 2nd marriage timing?

Situation-3:-========A Man had a relationship (only one in his life so far )

with a women for 5 years and he lived together and had regular sexual/phyical

union with the women during the 5 years. Now the relationship is broken and he

wanted to know, when he will get married to some one else?. So I need to see

the 1st marriage timing or 2nd marriage timing?

Your clarification on the above will help me and other students, so that we can

time the marriage correctly. Thanks for your help in advance.

The question raised is whether the relationship (with or without sexual

intercourse ) should be deemed as marriage , and prediction given

accordingly.The relationships/cohabitation widely varies with that of marriage.

The marriage is divinely endorsed and legally approved system, where the

partners agree to share the pain & pleasure of life together.Marriage is more

than mere relationship or cohabitation and encompasses a wide

"Gurubalam" means transit of Jupiter in favourable position either from the

ascendant or radical Moon sign.Jupiter signifies legal as well as divine

approval and hence importance is given to transit of Jupiter.

To sum up, in all the examples cited, you should look for first marriage

and relationships or casual sexual encounter should not be confused with Marriage

Situation 1: Marriage does not mean or require physical relationship. Marriage is a commitment.

If the man was serious about the relationship and committed to the lady for 5

years, it certainly qualifies as a marriage in astrological terms. To see/time

the next relationship/commitment, treat it as the second marriage (i.e. see the

8th from upapada lagna).

Situation 2: If there was a commitment and an intention to get married, itcounts

as a marriage. If not, it is just an affair and not a marriage. Seeaffairs from

darapada instead of upapada. Darapada shows relationship andintimacy and

upapada shows commitment.

Situation 3: It is the easiest of the three cases. It counts as a marriage. If

there was commitment, that is enough. Rituals and formalities are not required.

To see the next marriage, check the 8th from upapada lagna.
