Hi Angel,

 

Spped at which a universe is revolving and speed or

planets becomes lesser than that speed,so it appears

ot be going back,which is actually not,that is termed

as retor motion.

 

Let say two train are going at a same speed or A is

little faster than B,But when a degrades it's speed

lesser than A,So from A it apperas B is moving

backward which is not.That is retro motion.

 

So retor planets consume energy in surrounding more

than any planets.

 

Best way to say is,when you are moving slowly,than you

can take more things fall around,while you are at

normal speed,you will be able to take more things.

 

Similarly retor planets consume more surrounding

energy and even reflect more energy, so effects of

retro planets are tremendous.
