Moon + ketu conjunction than the natives lives make it hard for them to synchronize their activities with current trends. The natives are plagued with bad timing due to their own circumstantially imposed inability to be in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing in the right way. They cannot depend upon the co-operation of others. They are emotionally alone against the world. This isolation leads to depression and a negative emotional outlook which further alienates others.These can bring solid accomplishments and a strength of character which meets adversity with courage and determination. According to some astrologer ,this is a karmic condition,created by previous misuse of wealth, position, and popularity. For quality of a person and his thoughts Planets in house and sign I consider a prime factor if alone.But if conjuction is there than rather than considering placement, i give most of my points to Conjunction.Combine qualities of this both planet this individual will have.Strenght of planets is very much required with respect to degrees and sign in which placed. If Jupiter is in 9th and Aspecting these Lagna planets,Than all point goes to jupiter.Individual will be more likely to have qualities of Jupiter+ Moon +Rahu, throughout life. Now evets that will be taking place in his life,what is becoming How much powerful in Transit.So transit aspect to your birth chart,will make a shifting in those qualities of yours and your nature.what dasa is currently runing in your chart will be most influential thing to your chart.
