We know that the hora lord for any day starts with the lord for the day eg. hora lord for the first hour on Monday starts with Moon. Does this start from the time of sunrise at that place or starts at 6 AM taken as a standard. I read about LMT and adjusting time based on that. I am not clear. Kindly explain.
