I have a query regarding the prasna chart we are casting. Should we

chart prasna chart based on the time i received the question (say by

email) or at the time native considered asking question (typed

e-mail). Also should i consider the planetary considerations of

native's residence (suppose he is in india) or my residence (i am in

canada). Plz guide cause i am failing at the very first step of

ascertaining the lagna. :-(

 

Also can we cross verify the chart of a native through prasna if we

already know his chart. OR This works only and strictly if native

(honestly) doesnt know his time ?

 

Thanks for your help and since Vistiji is gone to India, we need added

support from you and other members so as to enable the knowledge

growth of seekers.
