Could you or someone else also reply: a) my small question regarding Tithi Pravesh rellocation? b)3rd question, that's got to do with the fact that Jagannatha Hora Software apparently has 2 ascendants for me... Under Basics tab, on the chart itself at the left, it says Capricorn rising BUT then on the HOUSES tab says that my 1st hosue begins in Sagittarius!!! And also that my natal sun is not on my 6th but 7th house. Mercury and the Sun are both on 6th house, but Mercury is in the 6th house, while the Sun is in the 7th, obviously aspecting the ascendant. Astrology is very important for me, I am always thinking of Astrology, especially when I go to bed to sleep. All my life I have wondered why some things coicidentally happened and looked for a reason. I think I have found the reason... or not? This rooting for a reason might be Sagittarius, but then again Jupiter still aspects my 1st house even if I am a Capri. Physically I definatelly am a Capricorn, but then again my chart ruler Saturn is on my 4th house in Aries, thus in fall... Guest guest Posted December 15, 2004 Report Share Posted December 15, 2004 Hi Rui, The reason JH is showing your 1st house starting in Sg is because it's set to assume that each house is a fixed 30 degrees, starting from the beginning of the ascending sign. Maharishi Parasara instructed not to use this, but to assume that each Rasi is a house. When in the 'houses' windows in JH, right-click and select this option. Regarding your other question, hopefully someone else will answer!
