Let me check D-1 only for now: Lagna (Leo) has no planets. One question here - if a bhava/house does not have any graha - does it make any difference in comparison to having a graha? Graha takes their naisargik karaka to the bhava where placed. So in that sense there is difference. But is it true if I say that bhava having no planet is having less strength? Sun, Ven & Mer having rasi drishti on 1st from 3rd. So resources of 3rd bhava will have a bearing on Lagna. 3rd is apoklima so bhava has negligible resources. Grahas in any bhavas are like people available for the tasks. So graha in trika acts adversely to the Lagna. (Can i propagate rules mentioned in relation to AK by Sanjay ji in 'Atma karaka' doc to Lagna also?) Sun - is aspecting its own house so Lagna will get strength, vigor, health & dominating character. Sun is weak (it is debilitated & with Venus) and in trika/apoklima from Lagna so unable to provide good constitution, vigor as expected. May give pitta constitution. Venus - is delighted in his own house. Opposite sex will feel physical attraction towards the native. May give kapha constitution Mer - is feeling good in friends company. Native may have lean, vacillating physical appearance. May have less nerve control. Native may look younger than his age. At the same time these graha will try to do adverse to the physical health except Sun being 1st lord. Young sibling(s) will play important part in native's life.
