1. I was not writing about d-12 but in Rasi Narayana Dasa Antar I

have of Pisces, and Rahu is in Gemini 4house from it, so does this

indicate problems in house/mother/education ?

 

2. Why such tamasic Graha as Ra give cultured mother ?
