Here the deity is Ganesh and the element is Prithvi – so strong prithvi Tattva in the 7th house enables the kundalini to rise easily. Because Ganesh is said to reside there, any planets in the 7th tend to benefit their lordships (except Mars) as this is the doorway to the world, and Ganesh will open the door to any planets placed there – so 5th lord in 7th makes a person accept a wide range of religions and faiths, whilst 4th, 5th or 9th lords in 7th gives knowledge in many fields.
