Hi Visti,

Since we've somehow trod onto scriptural things we don't either understand or

deem ill-fitting, may I ask you why it is that Moon and Mars are natural

friends? I could never find a logical answer for it. One looks to sustain, the

other looks for quite the exact opposite. Must also be the only set of friends

whose houses they get deb in

Btw, fwiw, I deem Me in marana in 12th; something that I think I've discussed

with you once earlier...

Yes i consider the 4th house as marana karaka sthana for Mercury – i never

really found the 7th house working for it.

Dear Ramapriya, Namaskar

Naisargika Sambandha is sambandha for the

sake of upholding the dharma of the Graha. The dharma of Chandra is seen from

its moolatrikona sign, and this is the dharma of sustaining the entire

universe. For this purpose Moon considers mars a friend for his lordship of

Aries (not for his lordship of Scorpio) as Aries is the royal sign (whilst leo

is the palace of the king) which has the purpose of protecting humanity.

Infact if Mars is supporting Scorpio more

than Aries, the Moon will utterly despise it.

Similarly Mars’ dharma is seen from

Aries, and because one of mars’ jobs is to protect the home, it is very

friendly towards the moon.

Debilitation only shows which SIGN a

planet feels uncomfortable in, not which planets it likes or disklikes.
