Not only for dasa seuence but for original results also!! Like Sat and Jup are shatru grahas and for jup Sat is Pachaka and in D-chart if it's placement is in 6th from Jup , will harm the jup or sat? And yes it is not dependant on Dasa’s – infact the basis is related to Argala – I will publish something about this in the future. No, the rules about the 2nd lord are related to argala. Here the 2nd lord will cause obstruction to the bhäva in the 4th from it. If you treat that particular Bhäva as lagna, you will see why.
