We actually see the transits occuring at the beginning of the Dasa, and use that as an independent chart. And isn't it important to relay on both charts or we can come to conclusion even from just one? To set up an auspicious date, we use a method called Muhürta. This tells what the most auspicious time is, and is not based on Dasa’s or anything. 3 things are important in any Muhürta chart: 1. The Karyesh (for marriage its Venus) must be well placed… like in a Kendra. 2. The Kärya Bhäva (for marriage its 7th house) must be unoccupied. 3. The 8th house must be unoccupied. Additionally I have the following advise: Wingdings;color:black">v No Chara Karaka replacement must be there. Wingdings;color:black">v No planets must be in 7th (otherwise the wife will run away with someone else) nor in Lagna (otherwise the groom will run away with someone). Wingdings;color:black">v The dispositor of the couples Moon signs must be well placed in the Muhürta chart. This will increase the couples willingness to continue the marriage.
