Many many happy returns of the day! Knowing the importance of Sun in your chart,

I hope that this particular birthday falling on a Sunday would usher in a

specially significant year for you.

 

I remember reading that you worship Agni and Sun. Because you have a martian

lagna, Agni makes sense. I think you worship Sun because it can trigger the

Rajayoga of Sun being associated with lagna in so many divisional charts and

ensure success in career. But Sun is also the GK in your chart. Is

strengthening the GK advisable?

italic">I was actually advised to worship Agni because I have Sürya in Lagna –

Agni is the Adhi-devata of Sürya, and Shiva is the Pratyadi Devata. I do

worship a Martian form of God too, but not Skanda, though I have been aspiring

for it.

italic">The Agni worship I started a year ago and I got fantastic results –

literally. After completing 40 days of it, I was given the opportunity to go to

India

and learn the Agni Havan itself. And the more I worship Agni, the more doors

open for me… I keep meeting new communities with it (Jnati Karaka).

italic">Sürya i worship as well as Shiva as this is part of the Jyotish

Sadhana; Sürya, Agni then Shiva – to become a Daivagya. It is because f Sürya’s

ability to make one a Daivagya that some of the best Jyotishi’s hail from

Orissa, from the Konark temple.
