So saturn is in Libra - 8 Lord more cause capricorn (even).

Mercury is in Virgo - so Gemini (Lagna) dominate.

Jupiter is in Libra - so Pisces dominate (10h)

Venus is in Libra - so Libra dominate (cause own sign)
