Dear Visti ji

namaskar!

In getting strengther house we have rule:

1/ where are more planets

2/ where are more aspecting merc jup lord

3/ different oddity

4/ more longitude

but when i have to look on strenghter house of

Virgo or Pisces

in Dasamsa, and in three first rules there are

1:1, then

i have to look on longitude in Rasi or in Dasamsa

(i dont know how

to count longitude in D-n) ?
