I remember for sure, one post from Narasimha Rao Ji, who was

using this rule, if i have good memory Jaimini somewhere write about

it, there was some chart and there was some problems and then

Narasimha Rao Ji wrote that it should be counted from A7 cause he is

stronger. I am sure about it.
