[sJC: Achyuta Gurukul]

prasna tantra question - to Visti Ji

12.0pt">

font-family:"Courier New"">

Dear Visti Ji!

Namaskar.

I read a few posts on Vedic-astrology forum about

prasna,

I have questions regarding Prasna:

1. In my house i have book "prasna tantra

from b.v.raman"

Is this book in line with teaching of our

parampara (sanjay rath

community) ? There are rules for example:

that first question is ascendent

2 sign occupied by moon

3 sign occupied by sun etc.

Do You use rules from this book ?

bold;font-style:italic">[Visti] I haven’t read this book completely, but

we do use the rule about Lagna, Moon, Sun for the various questions.

font-family:"Courier New"">

2. when i have a query of someone else i put the

place of HIM

or place of astrologer = my place ?

bold;font-style:italic">[Visti] Since the objective of the astrologer is to

answer the question, the date, time and place of when the astrologer decides to

answer, is relevant.

font-family:"Courier New"">

3. i take the time when first time some query go

into my mind am i

right ?

bold;font-style:italic">[Visti] No, the query may take time molding into a

question, and initially may not be a real question. Take the time when your

wish and ability to answer is takes place. But try not to take your own

medicine – don’t draw prasna’s on your own all the time, as

this is not worth it.

font-family:"Courier New"">

with regards,

yhs rafal
