Dear Visti JI.

 

In determining starting sign from stronger house,

second rule is "jup merc lord" rule.

 

I have a question :

 

for example:

 

scorpio has 2 lords : mars/ketu.

 

when mars is stronger lord then when ketu aspects scorpio he adds 1

point, or in determining stronger house only MAIN LORD is taking

into account ?
