Dear Friends,

 

SJC-Mumbai has geared up to provide an "educative, well-hosted and

value for the money" conference on the all important subject

of 'Timing of Events'. This will run from 13th of January to 19th of

January 2005, and on 20th an optional Bombay trip is being arranged.

 

Please note that we have temporarily uploaded the details of the

conference on the web at http://www.geocities.com/sjcmumbai

 

Further, you may also write an email to us regarding any queries/

clarifications and registrations.

 

There are some seats still left, so please hurry! Please note that

on popular demand, the registrations are also accepted for 4 days

(recommended if 7 days off from work is an impossible proposition).

Please take a closer look at the Conference schedule, to choose ONE

(13-16th or 16-19th), if not all the 7 days!!

 

Conference Highlights: (This is lengthy, so we recommend to save it

on your desktop)

 

In the following, we like to emphasise on what you will get from

attending this conference.

 

Nothing can beat face to face meetings and that is what you will get

to do with the Gurus of SJC/ speakers at the conference (Pls have a

look at the conference schedule on the website). Though there might

be some changes in the list of speakers , you will still have the

benefit of Guruji Sri Sanjay Rath and most of the others listed out

there.

 

Before we take a look at the topics/techniques, let us note that

there is a cash award of USD 1000 for the best paper presented at the

conference. While cash is a token of appreciation, we all know that

there is competition for the best paper.

 

Please take a look at the topics /techniques :-

 

- Sivopadesa of Kalachakra dasa from Guruji. In fact is a paper

jointly prepared by Guruji and Narasimha (his senior sishya).

 

- Glad to announce that Sri C.S.Patel (also known as chandubhai) will

be attending the inaugural session of the conference to share with

us 'retrogression of planets to time the events' till the lunchtime.

 

- Sri Brenden's paper is on timing diseases using Paryaya dasa. His

knowledge in Ayurveda, should give us a hint of what to expect!

 

- Sri Zoran keeps it a closely guarded secret (incidentally he won

the award for the best paper at the Puri annual conference in 2004.

It was on yogas in Navamsa chakra). May be a 'best kept' secret (so

far!).

 

- Smt Swee says (some divine revelations on ayanamsa followed by )

return of Saturn in timing events. (esoteric or a novel technique

you judge, and for that we need to meet at the conference!).

 

- Sri Ramdasa Rao Ji says, it is still under research, trust it to be

on some Kannada books of yore!

 

- Phyllis makes timing relationships/marriage look simple, with

examples of Kennedy (Jr) and Caroline, who incidentally died

together.

 

- Sri Chandrasekhar says wait¡K let us take a look at marriage (when

is marriage said to have taken place), and then time it based on

Navamsa. Be sure that it carries the authenticity of shastras.

 

- More on topics¡K.. Sri Visti, spent most of his time with Guruji,

following the Puri conference till the just concluded BAVA

conference in London and we expect some 'jewels in the crown' from

him. If some of what he writes is beyond our reach, then we need to

catch him, best is to catch up with him at the conference!

 

- Finance, two people take a shot at it. Smt Kanupriya, sishya of

Visti, uses Narayana dasa and Dewavrat Buit, who has years of

experience teaching astrology. Dewavrat will give us different tools

to time finances!

 

- If you do not want finance, then renunciation! Sri Kasturi Rangan

is talking to peethadhipati of Sringeri, because he is writing a

paper on renunciation. Let us meet him to know how it is feeling to

write a paper on the acharyas.

 

- Some of you might have met Sri Sarajit , Sri Purushottaman & Sri

Hari at the Singapore conference. We hope to see them all at the

Mumbai conference. Timing the birth of children; we are expecting a

technical, in-depth paper from Sri Sarajit. More than anything else,

we want to listen to the voice of Sri Purushottaman, who is a very

good musician/singer. He is writing on musicians & timing of their

success, expect him to fill our ears with his words/tunes, which we

can keep humming for many years to come. Sri Hari will give us how

to time higher education (formal).

 

- Sri Freedom Cole will dwelve on Bondage and Freedom. If his Puri

paper is an indication, we will be seeing a practical application.

 

- Mohammad Imran will cover the birth of two nations India &

Pakistan for sure, and some more!

 

- We have three of us writing papers from Mumbai , but they are

modest and do not say much....Nadi astrology... different

perspective on chara dasa....timing the success of Film stars, that

is all what they hint at. Expect the unexpected here, being young and

dynamic, well connected across the globe, these are the dark horses

of the conference!

 

- Besides, Guruji Sri Sanjay will be giving an in depth introduction

on Timing and will also be with us for the full conference. Sarbani

ji will present a paper on curses & the all important remedies.

Finally, we have compiled a CD with 600 MB of useful material, so

And acc. to you I should perform Rudra-abhishek till 2008???

Actually I did same by pandit. And I do 108 mantra of lord SHIVA. i.e. Oh Namah

Shivay. But for some time I left it like 1-2 month.

I do believe in LORD SHIVA very much.
