Discrepancy in nakshtra/Inflow of finances

I am attaching a chart here.Details as follows

 

DOB 18 OCt 1974

Time 7.59 am

Lat 18 N 58

Long 72 E 50

 

Whenever any astrolger has calculated the chart by hand referring to a panchang

he gets the janma nakshtra as Vishaka,but any software including our own Hora

software gives as Anuradha.Which one is correct?Manual calculations indicate

that Vishakha was present till 9.15am on that day.Software indicates

otherviz.Please advise.

 

Also the native has always lived in tight financial situations except for a

period in Feb 1999-MArch 2001.Is the native destined for any better finances in

his/her life. If so when can the native expect better inflow of finances.
