fructufication age of a planet--significance? if dasha of that planet starts very late in his life.

I am learner of astrology, i want to know how significant is the fructufication

age of a planet, if the dasha of that planet is very late(around 80-90years of

age) in his life.

 

And what if that concerned planet is making rajyoga.Will the person feel the

rajyoga when fructufication age is reached . of since dasha of that concerned

planet is very late in age, he may not feel the rajyoga.
