Dear Sir,If a persons Lagna Lord and 5th Lord is retrograde, can we say that

this person has not completed his desired in the last birth and then taken this

birth to complete the same.

By your logic, what if they're not retrograde? Why is the native born then? I

hope you know there are droves of people in whose charts no planet is retro...
