respected teachers,

I have a few questions; is virgo the sign that rules hands? does mars there

give someone who uses their hands a lot? Also, since Libra is the colour

black, and the sun rules cats, does this have anything to do with the

superstition about black cats, since the sun is debilitated there? Also, I

have recently heard that there is an observance called dasra, where saraswati

is worshipped, and books are placed in front of her to give good tidings for

study and related pursuits. is there any more information about that

available? thank you so much,
