Dear Visti,

I need clarification on this. Is the yoga valid if node (Rahu) happens to be one

of the 4? Would such a formation in 9H have a special significance?

Yes there is more to it – btw. The reference to this Yoga is Bphs – chapter 81

(Sharma edition) also known as pravrajyaayogaadhyaaya:.

If one or more planets in the Yoga are combust by the Sun, then the Yoga is

defunct and instead of giving a desire for renunciation, it can give material

fortune.

However, the native will still have adoration for religious tenets.

In your chart the Moon and Saturn are combust.

Hi Ramesh,

I know not a whit on the specifics of this thread but i can't see why

the nodes need to be specially eliminated, unless there's a mention

to the contrary.

It is the nature of Rahu that is creating doubt. I agree Ketu would have

contributed to renunciation.

Namaste Ramesh,

Rahu in the 7th or 12th from AL is supposed to lead the native to renunciation,

of course, there being no other stronger contrary yogas in the horoscope.
