Dear Visti, Freedom and list

I strongly tend to disagree with the view that

Saturn's aspect on 11th

from AL

will ensure income.

I have 9th lord Saturn (Cp) aspecting 11th (Cn)

from my AL (AL is in Vi)

and till today, I have not had a regular income in

the last 20 years ever

since I started my career. There have been several

years when I have not

even had a basic income, despite very hard work,

high motivation,

initiatives

and drive. I have earned very little whenever it

trickled in.

Though the dasas play a major role, this dictum

(if it is one!!) is

certainly not true always.

Taurus) aspecting 11th from AL(in Capricorn). I don't think Saturn is

particularly

happy aspecting Scorpio, is it?

Not to brag, but, no I never had any monetary problems. In fact I had more than

what's needed.

dear list,

i really had to pitch into this one.

visti if you remember, we had done my 11th from AL, saturn and moon in scorpio.

i have no earning of my own, as i am a housewife, and all depends on my

provider!!the situation in my 1st marraige was financially grim.well, things

have changed now, in my 2nd one, the situation is the opposite. but let me tell

you, when it actually comes to money in hand , it is fluctuating.

and yes 11th from AL also happens to be my janma lagna SCORPIO!

Dear Visti

Namaste.

Additonally, I think the lord of the 11th from AL, its placement in

Rasi, Navamsa and also D-10 would matter a lot.

Planets occupying the 11th from AL would also give results depending

on sambanda with Saturn and relationship with the sign/lord of that

house. This is especially true if the native is running dasa of any

planets so posited there.

I have tested this with my own chart and it seems to fit well, despite

the fact that one of the planets there is lagna lord Venus and Taurus

contains HL as well. And, so much so, inspite of Saturn being

yogakaraka for a Ta ascendant!

The other criteria is to assess Saturn and the lord of its dispositor.

If they are in malefic sashtyamsha, then do not expect much.

A final comment of this, further necessitates one to look at D3 and D

30 beside the Navamsa.

Couple of quick doubts I have.

1. Saturn aspecting 11th from AL ---> Should it be Rasi drishti or Graha drishti

or either is fine ?

2. What is Saturn is aspecting the 11th from AL with Mercury in it, but in most

cases the probability of Sun being Mercury is also possible. Then does Sun save

the running boy(Mercury) ?

1. Would you consider Exalted Retro Saturn lord of 10th from Moon as weak? My

wife worked till we had our first child and then quit. I presume Moon is

reference point as you are judging 'need or demand for career'. If so there may

be cases where 10L from Moon is weak but 10L from Lagna is strong, giving native

a career though the demand for the same is weak!

2. I have Saturn giving rashi drishti to 11th from AL. I have been lucky not to

have to beg or borrow even during difficult times. But then 11th is Scorpio, an

enemy sign. I have seen major fluctuations in income during Saturn dasa.
