Sorry to have kept changing as I go along, and promise this is my final view of

Sarvatobhadra Chakra’s prediction for the US election 2004. When applying only

strict vedhas in one direction and only when a rasi aspect is also there, the

conclusion must be for Kerry as victor. I wanted to add a picture of the

transits on Nov 2, 2004 at 8 pm EST in the SBC, but am not able to add graphs.

Please use the Sarvatobhadra Chakra function in JHora . Put in the natal

planets on the proper nakshatras for Kerry, and separately for Bush, and then

observe how transits affect them as well as how they affect each person's

special nakshatras such as Karma (10th from Moon) or Abhishekha (28th from

Moon). (Dashed lines would show in the picture from Sun and Mars, meaning the

vedha in that direction does not count, since it is not supported by a rasi

aspect).

Chart being used for Kerry is the time provided by him to me (he gave the hour,

I narrowed it down) of 12:21:37 am 11 dec 1943 in Aurora CO at 6 hours west

which is Mountain War Time. (Note, the old time being used by many was given

to Astrodatabank where it was reported to have come from sister in law from a

previous marriage). Below is a synopsis of the planets’ vedhas and their

impacts on the nativities of the 2 candidates:

 

Sun, Karaka of outcome of election, is conjunct Kerry’s Venus.

 

Sun has no impact on Bush.

 

Ketu, transiting conjunct Sun, gives mutual vedha to Kerry’s Moon-Mars.

(Mutual vedha is when the natal planets also give aspect and vedha to the

transiting planets). This is a highly significant meeting of energies: Ketu

takes on energy of Sun, as a node conjunct any planet assumes the planet’s

character. Thus Sun, joined to the Brother of Mars, has mutual

interpenetration with Kerry’s exalted Full Moon, joined to the Brother of Ketu.

This is a unique outstanding planetary picture.

 

Ketu gives vedha to Bush’s 19th ---Adhana, Conception---Nakshatra. Sun-Ketu

impact on conception is like a miscarriage. Ketu also gives negative vedha to

Virgo, where Bush’s Moon is, and Gemini, where Bush’s Sun is. Ketu also gives

negative vedha to V=B sound, which causes harm to the family name. Vedhas

across the interior boxes of the Sarvatobhadra Chakra, that is, any of those

excepting the 28 nakshatras around the outer edges, apply even without rasi

drishtis. Although transiting Ketu does not have a rasi drishti on the actual

signs of Gemini and Virgo, its vedha on those rasis through the interior of the

chakra does apply.

 

Mars would be giving forward vedha, but since there is no rasi aspect, it has no

effect. It would hit Kerry’s Sanghatika—Debts---nakshatra, but does not.

 

Mars does impact Bush strongly, conjuncting his lagna lord Moon with Jupiter, a

negative connoting punishment. Mars in 0 degrees Libra has a problem with

impotence.

 

Venus and Jupiter transit in Kerry’s Karma---Profession, Vocation---Nakshatra.

Venus’s forward vedha affects no one; Jupiter’s across vedha helps the sound Jh

for John and Th for Teresa, as well as Kerry’s natal tithi Purnima.

 

Venus and Jupiter are in Bush’s Abhishekha---Ritual Purification and

Anointing---nakshatra. Venus, his Atmakaraka, is debilitated, calling for a

surrender.

 

Saturn in Pushya is on Kerry’s Rahu and gives vedha straight across

to his Sun. This is the most disquieting effect on Kerry. One might say

since Kerry has Shakti Yoga in his chart that the addition of Saturn to Rahu

confirms that his role of reducing the evils in the world, the hukam for Shakti

Yoga, is now to intensify. (Shakti Yoga is when Moon and Rahu both make rasi

drishti on the 5th or 9th from Atmakaraka or Lagna, and there are only malefics

adding influence, giving the power to destroy evil; conversely, if only benefics

add influence, as in Hitler’s chart, the power to destroy good is being

exercised.)

Saturn impacts Sun from the 12th house, showing the greatest

responsibility is in foreign relations.

 

Saturn is on Bush’s natal Saturn and Lagna. It is giving vedha

across to his Ketu in his Arudha Lagna. Saturn in a lagna is in marana sthana,

its weakest place, dulling the intelligence.

 

Moon moves through Ardra to Punarvasu. In Ardra it gives a good

vedha to K for Kerry and has mutual vedha with Jupiter and Venus in his Karma

nakshatra.

 

Moon in Punarvasu is SET for Bush and contacts his Sun, auguring a

change in profession. Its forward vedha on Desha---Country---nakshatra fails

to materialize, with no rasi aspect.

 

Rahu in Aswini gives its singular vedha to Kerry’s Sun from

Jati---Community---nakshatra. Aswini is where the Sun gets exalted, and is the

place of royalty.

 

Rahu gives mutual vedha to Ketu in Bush’s chart, showing a 180 degree

turnaround.

 

Mercury has no effect on Kerry, but has a straight across vedha on

Bush’s Venus and Mercury, a good effect from his natal 12th lord.

 

Given this way of reading, a verdict does become clear. I hope this can

provide more confirmation to Sanjay ji’s recent excellent file on Arudha and

its application to this election.
