Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Srinivasa Rao, Let me share with you my undestanding of Retrograde palnets. Sun & Moon, always move forward (with reference to the Earth) and Rahu & ketu are always retrograde (if you read the story of 'sagar manthan', you will know why). Remaining 5 planets, sometimes move retrograde. In a way they are akin to Rahu & Ketu, when they are retrograde. A strong desire from the past life is the main theme, you know that Rahu is the cause of rebirth - Varah avatara resurrecting the earth symbolises rebirth!. (desires are considered demonic) Rerograde planets possess chesta bala, to be used to fulfill the desires carried from past life - which are not met easily. So there is delay in giving results. If they are malefics, the intensity of the experience is higher. Now, vargottama (varga+ uttama) is that the qualities of the planet are bestowed to the first house(=self, uttama= first, like in 'uttama shreni= first class'). The native is already blessed with those qualities viz., Saturn means hard working etc., Here good and bad are relative terms. If somebody is blessed with the ability to do hard work, is it good or bad? So it is a combination of strong desire, chesta bala, abilities and delayed results. Next what happens, if this planet is debilitated or exalted? And then if there is a neecha bhanga rajayoga or rajabhanga neecha yoga? Then it could be a curse also, to top up! Quiet complicated for me. Astrology requires a lot of reflection on the student's part. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Om Namah Shivaye Dear Chandrashekharji, list members and respected Guruji Namaskar Astrology requires a lot of reflection on the student's part...............Your are very right on that Chandrashekhar ji and specially if one is novice Please help in understanding this chart in terms of curses and blessing ......karmic patterns. Chart time of birth - 5th Feb 1969 time 0345-0348.(maybe you could help me with time rectification looking at shastiamsa) The curse seem to be involving jupiter which is retrograde /venus exalted in rasi and having a but Neechabhanga Rajayoga (as it obtains in Navamsha itself with respect to Navamsha Chakra). But mercury is also retrograde and has a similar neechbhanga Rajyoga in navamsa Jupiter also seems to be in control in the chart..breaks the debilityof venus and mercury as well as aspects venus /shani /rahu by rashi as well as greh in Rashi chart.Shani is vargottam atma karak . My halfbaked reading analysis(i am a very recent student of astrology)is that the individual had done negative karma in the past which was also countered by good karma and repentanc. Therefore jupiter the lagan lord seems to be the saviour Also the planets are involved in a powerful vipreet rajyog and a tapasvi yog Please advise on my very basic interpretations Also if you would care to elaborate on these using the above as ex Direction of soul or what is the primary aim of the atman this life and why Direction of mind Will the mind of the person help the atma to do what its supposed to do Relationship of atman and mind sun and moon How does free will work in chart .......ie upchaya etc What are the likely obstacles the atma is likely to face Importance of karma in relation to mantra ,idol worship tantra etc for emancipation of soul. how when who where can we find our diksha and shikhsha gurus ........is this predestined ..if so then how do we read from the chart Rin bandhans........How to decipher the patterns The Janma Kundali (Birth Chart) is the perfect map of the Prarabdha Karma as per Srath I know the questions seem endless but if you could please help. Thanking you in anticipation regards Nisha Malik - vishwanatham Thursday, September 30, 2004 3:37 PM Re: [sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] what is the effect of a retrograde planet?
