You mentioned

that the partner had Satabhisaj as their Janmarksha.

If the

Sanghatika (Uttara Phalguni)  Nakñatra is receiving Krüra Vedha, then it

supports the fact that she will be taking on some debts – naturally as

the restaurant is suffering financially. Note that Sanghatika is also receiving

Vedha from Jupiter, Mars and Mercury, of which Jupiter and Mercury will help

remove the debts.

The Abhisheka

(Dhanista) is fine, as is the Jaati (Abhijit) and Samudayika (Chitra) ensuring

that the change of ownership/status will be smoothe, and the customers will not

bear any grudges. Preferably the Jaati and Samudayika receive Saumya Vedha to

attract more customers!

If anything i

would be more concerned with the Vidyunmukha Nakñatra as its receiving Veda

from both nodes.

 

As you have already

mentioned, the Sun was not ill-placed, so she will not incur the same financial

strain as the partner, and may even turn a new leaf in the business, if she is

interested… people are always more willing to eat if the mother is

holding the spoon.

12.0pt">Recently I attempted to apply the Sarvatobhadra Cakra to a

business. A married couple run a small cafe. It is my understanding

that the Suns transit into one of the four directions in the Sarvatobhadra

Cakra creates an eclipse of all the nakshatras positioned in that

direction. If the janma nakshatra of the person who wishes to form a

business happens to be in that particular direction, where the sun is

placed, at the time the business commences, then the finances of the

business will be adversely affected. This is the case of this particular

gentleman. His details, and the commencement of the business are as

follows:

would cause no problem. But Saturn currently has Krura Vedha on the

out the change of ownership to her name.

this business is currently facing? They are also planning on selling the

business soon, what can be done? Any guidance would be greatly

appreciated.
