Quite what I suspected too, Smitha.

Converting a time into another in a different timezone doesn't matter a whit but

you can't mess with the coordinates. If you do, you'll have to come to someone

like me :)

Hi Ramapriya jiI think these astrologers are not taking the co-ordinates of

Dubai at all. They are simply converting it into Indian time and taking Indian

co-ordinates. That is why at 9.17 PM at Indian time they get Leo ascendant.

That is why I asked whether this process is correct - am I right?Thanks and
