Guest guest
Hare Rama Krsna Just a few notes to help you analyze: I will give significations, then my own interpretation, how these significations will be interpreted will depend on the jyotishi, so you are welcome to add/subtract from the interpretation given to give your own, but look to the significations to see what to interpret. (any one in Sanjay's SJC WCC vimshottari workshop, please comment on my understanding of these concepts recently taught.) 1. [situation] Look at Mahadasa Lord and the houses its owns: Mars in the 5th as lord of the 5th and 10th= shows a good period for business and investment (just stay out of relationship with your boss). Mars aspects kendras making them all work harder, and hurts that Saturn in the 7th house, making one want to break old/traditional relationships. 2. [Experience/learning] Look at dasa planet from the Paka Lagna (lord of Lagna): Lagna lord Moon in the 6th has dasa lord Mars 12th from it= It is a period of some losses, so be careful not to over invest until you learn from some losses, and not in anything that is too risky. Also will show loss of anger through various events (Mars 12th). 3. [How the dasa will give results] Navatara of the dasa lord Dasa lord Mars is in the 6th nakshatra from lagna called sadhana (achievement)= desires are achieved with success in this dasa [in the navtara the odd ones are rough and the even ones are generally good) Antardasa: Mars Rahu 1. Bhoga [fruits that will be eaten, what the mind will enjoy]: Look at the Antardasa planet from the AL. Rahu is 2nd from the AL exalted, so it is good for material gains but you must be careful not to do any Rahu actions that can hurt your reputation. There may be gain in foreign lands, with foreign people, or foreign investments... 2. Jiva [the experience of the soul]: count from the mahadasa lord to the dasa lord and then that many houses forward. From Mars to Rahu is 8 signs, and then 8 signs more puts the jiva in the 7th house in Capricorn= The 7th house of relationship (and all its other significations) will be a major issue to be confronted by the soul in this period. 3. Navamsa Lords: Compare Lords of Moon/Lagna with dasa lords. Both Moon and Lagna are deva amsa, Mars is Rakshasa, and Rahu is Rakshasa= The Rahu Rakshasa antar dasa is not allowing for the full fructification of the Moon. Devas like to enjoy life and spend time studying and learning, rakshasas need to work for power and status and money. So the your main spiritual wants go on the back burner for the fulfillment of more Power oriented work. 4. [major people in your life] Look at Arudhas 1,5,9,12 from the antar dasa planet. >From Rahu there is A10 (boss, co-workers), A7 (sexual partners, business partners), A11 (friends), and the Arudha Lagna (yourself, status). A11 is in the 8th showing the creation of debts to friends, A10 and A7 getting activated suggests not getting involved with co-workers as the Rahu nature of them will cause some havoc in the life. In General Rahu Mars or Mars Rahu are tough periods. When they are conjunct in a chart it is called Chamunda Yoga, it is said that when Rahu is conj Mars that Mars causes Rahu to hit himself. In general Durga or the goddess Chamunda are worshipped to overcome the problems of Rahu. Namah Sivaya the_lighted1 [m18deb] Thursday, August 26, 2004 10:58 AM [sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] trying to determine the effects of my new Dasa Dear Guru and learned members, Please assist me in understanding this most accurate yet complex science, I must admit that I am a westerner and am having a hard time interpreting all of the various aspects involved, but am determined to do so. One of the main motivations for doing so is the recent entry in to a new Dasa (If I have even determined that properly) which I believe is the Mars/Rah. I have got to say that it has started off very difficult and am in need of some rectification suggestions to make it a bit more bearable. I am doing my best to understand and would be grateful for any comments or suggestions in helping me to gain greater insight into your science. I think that I have included below the relevant information, if not please let me know and I will provide what ever you need. Guest guest
Hello, Thank you for your insight, I appreciate it. I would also like to say that my Mars is in the 5th house as you stated. Does that make it better than it being in the 6th house as thought by Mukund? Thanks, Deb , "freedom" <freedom@s...> wrote: > Hare Rama Krsna > Just a few notes to help you analyze: > I will give significations, then my own interpretation, how these > significations will be interpreted will depend on the jyotishi, so you are > welcome to add/subtract from the interpretation given to give your own, but > look to the significations to see what to interpret. > > (any one in Sanjay's SJC WCC vimshottari workshop, please comment on my > understanding of these concepts recently taught.) > > 1. Guest guest
Hi Deb, Sc is Ma's own house and Ma is a gr8 yogakaraka for Cn lagna. So where would you rather have Ma in - Sc or Sg? Cheers, Ramapriya - the_lighted1 Sunday, August 29, 2004 6:48 PM Re: [sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] trying to determine the effects of my new Dasa Hello,Thank you for your insight, I appreciate it. I would also like to say that my Mars is in the 5th house as you stated. Does that make it better than it being in the 6th house as thought by Mukund? Thanks,Deb
Guest guest
Rampriya, Freedom: In Debra's chart, Mars is the 5th lord in 5th house. My mistake, two days in a row I've been incorrectly thinking 6th lord in 6th. Freedom and Rampriya are right, I'm wrong.
