trying to determine the effects of my new Dasa

Hello Deborah:

You've not entered a new dasa, but a new antardasa in the maha (main)

dasa of Mars.

Your Rahu is placed in the 12th house from Lagna so it is expected to

give you problems. Rahu in 12th USUSALLY gives health problems and

related confinement, litigation and related punishment, sexual

excesses and related results like unwanted pregnancies, STD, etc.

Now, the saving grace is your Rahu is exalted in Gemini so it'll give

better and better results as time passes during Rahu antardasa;

however, it is also placed with Gulika and Mandi. Gulika indicates

the poison you have to drink (like Shiva and save the world) while

Mandi indicates the poison you give to others like Rudra(Violent form

of Shiva).

Mars is placed in his own rashi in 6th house from Lagan so Mars will

protect you EVEN though you're going through an extremely evil

antardasa of Rahu conjuct with Gulika and Mandi.

The remedy would be to worship a Mother Durga, the annhilator of

demons/evil. It may be difficult for you to pronounce the Durga

mantra so you should worship Virgin Mary who represents the female

diety in Christianity. Maybe you should go and light a lamp before

Virgin Mary every Friday/Sunday and pray for her blessings.

Once more, Rahu with Gulika and Mandi is a horrible combination and a

horrible period to go through, but when it ends the great peace and

happiness of Jupiter antardasa will be upon you. My prayers and good

wishes are with you.

I just wanted to confirm that my Mars is in the 5th house, is that

better than it being in the 6th house as thought by Monok?
