Here is the relevant information from one of Sanjay ji's articles:

 

4. SEX DETERMINATION:

There are certain simple rules that govern the sex determination of the children.

4.1 For a male nativity, the first child is determined by the lord of

the 5th house from Saptamsa Lagna, whereas for a female nativity, the first

child is determined from the lord of the 9th house from Saptamsa Lagna.

4..2 For a male nativity, subsequent children are determined from he

lords of every 3rd house from the fifth, in direct order, i.e. the second child

7th house lord third child from 9th house lord and fourth child from 11th house

lord and so on whereas, for a female nativity, subsequent children are

determined from the lords of every 3rd house from the ninth, in reverse order.

i.e. the second child from 7th house lord, third child from 5th lord and fourth

child from 3rd lord and so on.

respected group members,

there is a method of identifying whether a persons child will be male or female,

based on the saptamsa chart (D7). seperate children are seen specifically from

the fifth, seventh, ninth houses (and futhermore, their lords) from the lagna

either zodiacally, or in the reverse direction depending on whether the lagna

is an odd or even sign. is this true of both men and womens charts, or could

there be a reversal of the indicated direction in womens charts? i am

recieving mixed results. your help would be appreciated.

Dear Sailesh ji,

Though in many cases this theory matches but i have seen

many charts where this theory does not match.I am giving the chart

data of a lady who has 2 sons.As per i know,she didn't have

abortions or anything like that.I checked your theory but it didn't

match in this case.

Date of Birth-5th July,1958

Place-Calcutta(88E22,22N34)

Time:12:40 p.m.(afternoon)

I hope that i will get any reply from you regarding this

matter.
