RE: Prashna on deal for an office

Had this been

a muhurta then the effects of the Chara Karaka replacement would have been

devastating.

But this is

the Prasna so lets see what has foregone and what will happen.

 

The Lagna

lord Mercury is joined Bhumi Käraka Mars, hence the Prasna would be related to land,

property, buildings, etc.

Mars lords

the 8th and 3rd houses indicating that the Prasna is

related to a change/transformation and new initiatives. This is placed in the

11th house indicating a new acquirement/gain. Hence we have

confirmed that the Prasna is related to the new acquirement of property.

Now what is

and was wrong with the current property is an issue. Jupiter is 4th lord

and if afflicted will indicate that bad relationships/loss of wealth troubled the

workplace. Jupiter is afflicted by the nodes in Navämça supporting the troubled

Sambandha.

In the

Drekkana Jupiter is however well placed in Sagittarius, hence the new office/work

place will be a good change and very fruitful.

is a prashna that was cast when the Chief of a company told that the deal for

the new office was done. A Brief history of the current office is that it is

supposed to have Vastu defects, the current office hasn’t yield any

profits and there has been loss to the tune of 70/80 lakhs/ breakage of

partnerships/ insurmountable obstacles, repeated attempts to leave this office

has failed , only now some Vastu expert recommended by a socialite has yielded

results  in atleast finalizing of a new office, earlier deals would be

finalized and still for some reason broken –looking like a film story.
