Hi, Partha,

Jai Shri Ram!

I don't see why news is reckoned from the 5th; I see

the 5th as the potency to bring projects to

fulfillment and as the birth of the projects. News of

the projects I would expect from the third (short

communications). Can you elaborate a bit?
