Sir,

 

I will do fast on thursdays and will worship Lord

narayana. Thanks for your time and analysis. Some

things were not cleared to me as I don't know the

technical terms of Jyotish. Could you kindly explain

point 3 and 4 in normal language (it seems a bit

jargon to me)

Dear Shikha,

 

The technical terms of Jyotish "jargon" is the reason why we are on this

list....To learn. For hopeful readings, do post on the Vedic List

instead.

 

What Ramapriya is trying to explain in his points 3 and 4 are the

following:

 

There are 2 malefics with debilitated Venus. It also indicates the chara

karaka of Guru. It is also lord of mantrapada. Though the co-lord of

Aquarius is Rahu, it is also lord of chara Atmakaraka and is in its own

mooltrikona. This can mean that mantras you have been saying are

wrong/sullied or the murti has been sullied. It can also means that you

have not been doing your prayers, as the dispositor's lord is retrograde

and in marana sthana. Mercury is also lord of your 5th, indicating the

mantra to be said. Further, Mercury is combust and Sun is in rasi

sandhi.

You may offer surya namaskar every morning. If you are offering daily

gayatri, you may finish off with Sudarshan gayatri and Sudarshan mantra.

Begin your mantras with obeisance to Guru: Om Gurave Namah. As Mercury

is in a fixed sign, this also means that you will have to offer this

ritual until the end of this transient life.

Padma Purana also suggests remedies for Sun in rasi sandhi which is a

monthly ritual. The other suggestion for a vrata is to strengthen your

5th house (also progeny). Later, perhaps.

 

This is with reference to Point 4 from Ramapriya. In Dwisaptati sama

Dasa, you are running Saturn/Mercury. But regardless, there are so many

indications with 6 planets having a say that these periods will run

concurrently, of which will always be the same issues over and over.

Venus, though is debilitated in Rasi, has the saving grace of being in

its own sign in Navamsa.

Dear Shikha,

 

Your karaka for marriage "Jupiter" is in 6th house

from lagna, which is not good. Though it is exalted,

so it may remove some problems.

 

Sun is your 7th lord, placed in its own house, though

degrees are less. But placement of planet in its own

house is considered as good. Also it is with malefic

saturn, but saturn is combusted, so negative results

will be minimized.

 

UL with ketu indicates a spiritual life partner. Your

venus is afflicted with Rahu and Mars. So you should

propitiate Mars and Rahu. Worship Lord Hanumaan and

Shri Durga. Also offer sincere prayers to Lord

Narayana.

 

In D-9, Venus is placed in its own sign with mars, so

propitiate mars. As rama priya ji told, you should

fast on thursdays (UL lord day), it will alleviate

most of the problems pertaining to marriage.

 

As per ashtakvarga, 7th house is very weak with only

19 bindus. and in D-9 also lagna has 24 bindus and 7th

house has 25 bindus. Below 25 is considered weak.

 

you are presently running Rahu Dasha, Things will be

good after august 2006.
