the mahamrityunjaya mantra can be recited in these situations (ie., to help

departed souls). So you can try reciting the mantra and see if it has any

effect. The mantra is

Urvaarukamiva bandhanaat

Mrityor muksheeyamaamrutat

Om Hreem Namah Shivaaya||

 

If you know the approximate time of the event, I am sure Pt Sanjay Rath /other

Gurus can come up with appropriate measures for you.

barkinglike crazy in the corridor. Same thing happened in the building lobby.

Theentire day was spooky - I could feel chill, esp. at night.Today around noon,

two neighbors on 7th floor were taken to hospital byambulence...Things almost

never happened all happened one after another.Don't know what will happen

next.Other than chanting my usual mantras,

wishing her soul moving on to a betterplace, and rest in peace, and offer a

candle next to her final spot (only meand a neighbor on her floor did so from a

big building), I don't know whatelse to do. I would greatly appreciate advice

on how to properly do lastrite and cleanse any negativity from the building and

Maha Mritunjaya Mantra and other mantras given by SJC gurus daily for

health reasons. In addition, I started Shani Graha Mantra the night

she died which was hugely helpful.

Dear Sabani,

 

Many thanks for your advice. Please plass along my gratitude to

Sanjayji as well. Is there any specific details I should follow?

When should I do the mantra, how many times, can I do it with other

mantras in one sittings, etc.? And inquiring mind wants to know -

What is Chamunda Hrdaya mantra saying in plain English? Is it

specifically to pacify ghost/soul or protection of me? Part of Last

Rite? There was a speculation that suicide soul will not leave the

place and may cause more havocs than what she already did when

alive...

Ishta Deveta Lakshmi Narayana Mantra

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra

Shani Graha Mantra

Universal Mantra

Dear Kanupriya,

 

The official time of her death on newspaper is 9:30 am EST in New

York City on Tuesday May 4th. I heard a doorman saying 9:25 am. I

pulled up 9:30 chart and it was nasty! Since I don't know anything

about Prasna Marga, any discussion on the death chart would be

interesting.

 

The woman was 77 years old. She was a lesbian. She left home around

15 or 16 ish, hated her mother. Never got along with anyone. She

hated the whole world and was a real menance according to people who

had any dealings with her. She had a sister who never visited her.

She was in Broadway shows and circuit where she injured her teeth and

feet/legs. She was really pretty on the show photos. She owned a

clothing boutique downtown after retiring from show biz. She walked

and house-sat dogs before she died.

 

Something was terribly wrong in the very nice neighborhood. I

suspect that it had to do with the solar-lunar eclipse back to back.

On the same day of her death, May 4th, a body in East river was

identified as the 45 year-old wife of a real estate developer missing

from their Park Avenue apt. Yesterday the recluse elderly couple 86

and 85 years old were found almost dead (skin and bones) in 7th floor

apt. in my building and rushed to hospital - fire truck had to come

to knock down their door as no one had access to the apt. and they

didn't respond to any calls... AND, a 95 year-old lady was burned to

death in her Sutton Place apt. (accident). Then last evening in

Sutton Place Park around 6:30pm, I was stalked, verbally and

physically attacked by an elderly man who looked very respectable

socially and well educated who also lives in the neighborhood. All

these places were within a few blocks' from my building. It's like

the world went crazy all within two days.

house/building, as Hanumanji is an incarnation of Shiva and is known

to chase away spirits and protect the native. If chanting Hanuman

Chalisa is not possible, you can try chanting "Sri Rama", because it

is said that wherever the name of Sri Rama is invoked, Hanumanji will

stay there.

Chamunda is the Mother and hrdaya means the heart. So Chamunda Hrdaya is the

heart of the mother. This mantra is for the departed soul so that the Divine

Mother may end her torment and take her into her lap. You may do the mantra

during your daily worship but the best time would be at night just before

you are ready to retire. That is the time when all souls who are lost and

disturbed roam the worlds, and the Mother will take them and re-direct them

on the right path. There are no restrictions for this mantra; just worship

the Mother with you heart so that she may listen to you and help those

around you who are in distress.

Many thanks for your advice. Please plass along my gratitude to Sanjayji as

well. Is there any specific details I should follow?

When should I do the mantra, how many times, can I do it with other mantras

in one sittings, etc.? And inquiring mind wants to know - What is Chamunda

Hrdaya mantra saying in plain English? Is it specifically to pacify

ghost/soul or protection of me? Part of Last Rite? There was a speculation

that suicide soul will not leave the place and may cause more havocs than

what she already did when alive...

 

Currently I am doing the following mantras:

Ishta Deveta Lakshmi Narayana Mantra

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra

Shani Graha Mantra

Universal Mantra
