So what happens is that the Planet is very strong. How he will give results would depend on its Natural and functional nature. It may not always act like a debilitated planet. One should consider all things such as his placement in addition to what is said above, to arrive at his results. But this is true of all planets in all stages. This is my personal opinion and others might have a different view.
