Guest guest
::Om Namo Bhagwate Vaasudevaay:: Respected Gurukul, If we have a software where we can give a jyotish rule, it cross checks that particular rule in the birth-charts database available with it and then filters kundlis with that particular combination. It will help is research [will save lot of precious time and will speed up the research including the validity and exception for a particular rule.] It should understand/have options for keywords like : dristi, yuti, navaamsh, parivartan, dreskaan, 22th dreskaan, 64th Navaamsh, Arudh[pad], specific search from chandra lagna, any combination to be seen from a particular planet/House/House lord etc etc. Exhaustive list can be taken from me by interested persons. Another extension of this program is reverse filtering, it saves the rules with brief description and source[bPHS/JS etc] and filters for a particular chart all applicable rules- this feature is already available in ParasharLight software in a crude manner. This feature can not replace the astrologer but will assist him in identifying the promises made in the birth-chart by destiny. Here fuzzy-logic or artificial-intelligence may be incorporated in this program to learn from its own mistakes. If a jyotishi first learns in a traditional way all the rules and methods and then switches to use this second feature, in that case this software is excellent as it eradicates the possibility of missing/over-sight any specific combination due to human error or age factor of the astrologer. Otherwise if one, without learning ABC of jyotish jumps to use it, jyotish can-not be learnt using these features. So these are the prospective strengths and weaknesses for the second part. First part is un-doubtably very-very useful for quick and quality research. I request Guru Shri Sanjay Rath ji and his all 18 associate Gurus in SJC to provide guidance & blessings for such project work by all means. Also kindly use your contacts to make it a reality. Waiting for response from the Gurukul, with best regards, Vaasistha
