Dear Respected Gurus, Teachers, and Colleagues;

This is the first question i have written to the group, (although i have been on

the list for about six months) and the request to be able to fashion a birth

chart may be unorthodox, but we are in KaliYug...

My sister is scheduled for a Cesarean section for her new baby girl in a few

weeks on May 10th, at 8:40AM PST, in Portland Oregon, USA, (Lat.122W

40'30'';Long. 45N, 21' 35'' )

The "birth" will take about one hour which puts the birth time at around 9:30

or possibly before.

According to my calculations in rasi it puts VE, MA, and SA in lagna in GE,

with MO in 8th house, (in Cap), Sun, Ra, Me to the 11th, (Pisc), Guru is in

3rd, (Leo), (Ke is in fifth in Libra)

The date is fixed, but the time may be flexible. If she were to wait, the baby

being 'born' after 10:30 it would give Cancer lagna, Ve, Ma, SA in 12th house,

and Mo to seventh, SU, Ra, and ME to the tenth, JU moves to 2nd, etc.

The mother's birth date information is;

Oct. 9th, 1965, 20:06 EST, New York City; USA

Being the neophyte astrologer i have some insight as to what to advise, but am

unsure and would like a second, third, fourth opinion for certainty and to

illustrate all that i have missed in my assessment.

What say you seers? What would you advise? Which is the most favorable

situation for mother and daughter, in regards to health, and to relationship

between the two.

(All advice is welcome, and i would especially appreciate a response from women

on this one.)

Thank you for your help.

Namaste,

Indriya
