Dear Vistiji, learned members and Guruji's,

Namasthe.

 

I have taken interest in Astrology recently and joined this group. I am glad

that I am learning a lot from the discussions here.

 

The intent to write this mail is to get clarifications on my own chart from the

perspective of spirituality. While I spend few minutes every day in the morning

in prayer, my objective is to get more deep in to it like meditation etc.. But

some how I feel that I am blocked/difficult to focus my mind in to it.

 

Here is my analysis:

- Aries Asc with Scorpio Navamsha.

- Saturn and Moon combined in 5th.

- 9th lord Jupiter exalted in 4th, Lagna Lord in 8th and Kethu in 12th.

- AL is Ge.

- 3rd from AL is Saturn and Moon.

- 6th from AL is Mars.

- Sun in 7th Delib., with Venus ® and Mercury.

- AK is Rahu, in 6th.

 

While there are few factors (Saturn+Moon combination and Rahu as AK) shows

possibility of spirituality, but

- 3rd and 6th from AL have malefics in them, taking me more towards materialistic world.

- Sun/Mars in 2/12. Also I think deliberation of SUN is important (while there

is a cancellation of delib due to Venus in kendra to Lagna and also Mars in

kendra to Moon).

 

Also 7th house is my concern as both Saturn and Rahu aspect it.

(Is there a chance of curse related to Venus?)

 

Now, the question is how do I get over my obstacles and focus in GOD?

 

Would feel blessed If I can get an answer.

Dear Kaimal, Namaskar.

I'm preparing a paper on Spirituality and use of Vimsamsa, which i expect to

present on the East Coast this Summer.

Whilst the 2 benefics in 6th from AL are making you a good and god-fearing

person, the dispositor Mars is going to try and make you move towards material

persuits, not spiritual.

Problem is actually the relationship between the Sun and Lagna lord, as they are

in 2/12 from each other. This gives a problem in timing, causes rejection,

ignoring, etc the path of supreme knowledge - the Sun. Hence spirituality will

be tough to come by. The hope comes with the dispositors of both being joined -

Mercury and Venus, hence you should strengthen these two planets to strengthen

your Yoga for spirituality. As this is in the Rasi, these planets will

specifically strengthen your physical Yoga towards spirituality. You will find

that the Navamsa dispositor of the Sun is Saturn himself. Thats why you have

come to a spiritual field - bhagya. Hence strengthening the Lagna lord - Saturn

will naturally bring you to this field but to make your personal yoga with

spirituality stronger, you must strengthen Mercury and Venus.
